Busy, Stress-Filled Days and Getting in Exercise

It's one of those days.  My butt has been glued to my chair all day, I was only able to grab a snack instead of lunch, and my day isn't close to being over yet.  Days like this are usually the reason I fall out of the habit of working out or getting in some exercise.

Luckily, I am going to still sneak in another walk with the boy dog between calls.  To be honest, I really need to get away from the computer, where everyone can reach me, for 30 minutes so that I can prioritize what I need to get done and think about it without distraction.  Plus, the exercise will be nice.

So, for those of us that have many of "those days", I simply suggest you make the time.  Put a fake meeting in your schedule or something.  Sneak in a walk between calls.  Bring a voice recorder and take notes on a paper you need to write.  Whatever it takes, you will thank yourself later.
