Our garden is producing some fantastic jalapenos, and I was looking for a good way of preserving them for use later in the year. Today I tried my hand at canning them, with apparently good results.
It's quite simple really, I am surprised it took me this long to try it and I think I will can the majority of the jalapenos and banana peppers and dry the chili and finger hot peppers... If anyone has other ideas for those (I was also thinking of infusing some oil with the hot peppers), let me know.
