Business Travel Seriously Cramps My Exercise Style...

So, up at 4:00 AM to catch a 6:00 flight.  Limited food choices at the airport, long day ahead of me and no time to get in a walk with the dog.  This should be just swell.

So, I got to O'Hare and was able to walk the length of the B terminal twice before getting on my plane to Newark.  I am really hoping our hotel has a working treadmill or something, as I need to offset the crappy food I am sure I will be eating today.  Tomorrow will be worse, as I have meetings during the day and a late flight home.  So, I probably won't get in much exercise at all.  I wonder if Reggie is as annoyed with the break in routine as I am?

However, I do have to say that airport walking is a good substitute if you have time before or between flights.  Airports are large and you can get in a couple miles pretty easily.  Plus, people are used to folks rushing through the terminals.  I, personally, would limit it to walking as I don't want to get all sweaty before boarding a plane.

Heh, I guess you could curl your luggage too :-)
